Inter Services Selection BoardThis is the official blog of ISSB which is short for Inter Services Selection Board representing ISSB KOHAT, GUJRANWALA, MALIR and QUETTA. The blog is being offered to keep our candidates informed about various events/updates regarding their callup, results or test queries as well as offers them a place to discuss matters of their interest.

We hope that you will like the blog for its usability and value.

    You can say that, but there is more. Above all are the natural abilities / potentials as identified by ISSB which will enable a candidate to handle the challenges of future while serving in the Armed Forces.
    The real key is the genuiness of your efforts to reveal to us what you got. All those candidates who try to conceal or try to be something which they are not are easily identified by our time tested techniques.
    You may think here that after training from private institutions, the chances are more. Let me highlight one thing here that private insitutions are only concerned about making money, that is why they are sitting there. They do not have time or agenda to identify and polish your personal weaknesses/ qualities.
    It is only YOU who has to prove to us with your performance that you merit to be commissioned in the Armed Forces of Pakistan as an officer. Nobody else can do that, ever.
