Inter Services Selection Board is an institution tasked with the selection of potential officers for the armed forces of Pakistan.
The candidates at the ISSB are put through a well chalked out multi-dimensional selection process spread over a period of four days. The selection process encompasses intelligence tests, personality tests, assessment of leadership and planning skills through group tasks, physical fitness and detailed interviews. Successful candidates are finally selected by respective service headquarters as per the merit.
